Shipping Rates (U.S. Postal Priority Mail) all in U.S. Dollars
Due to the ever changing postal rates, the total will be calculated with the complete order. I will contact you concerning these totals.
Please contact me for international shipping rates.
Terms and Conditions
Full payment is expected to accompany order. Orders paid via credit card, money order, or cashier check will be shipped as soon as possible. Orders paid for by personal check will be held until the check clears the bank. There will also be a $35.00 fee assessed for returned checks.
Due to regular job requirements, most of the work and mailings at Carter & Jasper are done on Fridays. Before ordering, please be sure that you have more than a few days or week before the item is needed.
Also, we will make every effort to fill orders by the date requested, but in case of work load or material issues, please make sure that you want an item for more than “the” one event in case we are unable to fill your order by “the” event. Thank you.

Orders may be sent via email or mail. As stated above, orders will not be processed or mailed until payment is received.

To insure the best possible customer service, please email (if at all possible) BEFORE SENDING PAYMENT for an item to assure that it is still in stock. All of the items listed usually stay in stock, but following a large event, etc. they might be temporarily out of stock. In that event, I will take your name and notify you when the product is back in stock.
